01 / PROFILE

BEYOND THE WANTED POSTER

Cipher Pol Prodigy.

Rob Lucci is a highly trained Cipher Pol operative serving the World Government rather than the Marine chain of command. His Leopard Zoan fruit complements a mastery of Rokushiki techniques. Disciplined and unsentimental, he approaches assignments with a certainty that leaves little room for the personal concerns of others.

Lucci represents professional ability detached from moral reflection, inviting a distinction between performing an assigned task perfectly and questioning whether the task deserves obedience.

02 / THE TECHNIQUES

A signature all their own.

Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard
